As usual, they do a great job! Got my spring A/C tuneup done by Carson. He was very polite and friendly, communicated clearly when he was going to be here and what he was going to do, finished quickly, and took the time to review what he did, his findings, and his recommendations. Very obvious that he both loves and is good at what he does!

Carson came out for the AC tuneup and was very helpful, and explained what he was doing and offered recommendations on how to improve our system, without being pushy trying to sell anything at the time of service.

We had a team led by Justin M. work on our place early this year. It was a bigger job (including new service line and aluminum remediation) and Justin had to come back on a few extra days to troubleshoot some things, but he kept coming out until the job was done. We appreciate it!

We've been clients of Liam since we moved to the area in 2020 - we love Liam! their techs are always on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. We've had particularly good experiences with their HVAC team and, most recently, had a painless (and free!) A/C unit check up with Carson who was extremely helpful! We pay for the membership in order to keep up with maintenance- it's a fantastic investment all around.

Needed AC repair. Service fee was lower than others. Their technician Carson was polite, knowledgeable and professional. He was able to acquire the needed parts and complete the repair same day (in the rain). Very happy with Liam Services.

I needed an electrician for my indoor and outdoor spotlights and a ceiling fixture installation. Brandon was timely, professional and, in completing the job, he was able to effectively troubleshoot an issue with one on the spotlight fixtures. In asking Brandon several questions related to the work, I could tell Brandon was very experienced and knowledgeable.

Stand up guys who were on time, respectful, willing to share all their knowledge and spent extra time ensuring we were fully prepared for the entire process. Carson took every step he could to fix our old unit before discussing the risks and benefits of addressing an end of life system. Ultimately we chose to replace the whole system at an unbeatable cost. Doug, Andrew, and the team of installers were efficient but thorough, ensuring everything was brought up to date with the new requirements. We’ve had the new HVAC system about 3 months and have seen a noticeable difference in the comfort of our home. No matter which room we are using, the climate is always the same, which is a major plus with summer coming soon.

Carson came over today to take a look at the furnace pipe on our roof because the cap came off. He was able to fix it on the spot which was a pleasant surprise! Carson was super friendly, very punctual, and knew what he was doing. It was such a good experience we signed up for their home care membership and will be using Liam for other projects

Tim and Jason came over to evaluate my need for a new furnace. These guys know their stuff. Gave me a complete plan for install and helped me understand all that's needs to be done. They even let me barrow a space heater while my heater is out until installation. Would highly recommend this company because of these guys. Adding Andrew, Jeff and Devon here as well. LIAM Services went above and beyond for me! I needed my oil furnace replaced and while doing that they found other issues with the duct work. They also found something wrong with my main water line that they were able to fix right away. I am extremely thankful for their honestly and fixing all of the problems they found. Tim N and Justin M were fantastic. Justin installed our smoke detectors I had bought as well as checking our electric box and updating that. Tim inspected our furnace, installed our filter and gave us a better option to replace it. Unfortunately we have some issues with the furnace, but Tim explained everything, gave us options, helped us through financing, etc. Everyone was so 'down to earth' which made even the bad news a great experience. ADDITIONAL REVIEW We had Devon, Doug, Jeff, and Andrew come out to install our furnace (sorry this is a late review). They were terrific! I felt bad because the furnace was in such a tight spot and was difficult to remove. On top of that, my at home office was right next to it, so they also tried to keep the noise down as well. But they were all great. We also had Carlson Simpson come in on Monday to look at our AC. Everyone we have had to help us have been excellent, very good natured. They talked and joked with us like we were friends.

Liam Services are top notch HVAC contractors in Delaware. They did a complete system swap in my residence, moving to high efficiency HVAC/Hybrid water heater. From my first interaction, Jason was always on the ball and everything worked out as he planned. Andrew, the install manager, is a dedicated professional and problem solver. Liam Sevices is fantastic. From first contact, their office staff were very nice and informative. Their technician Carsen, came out to our property to inspect and evaluate our HVAC system after our run capacitor failed which sent smoke throughout our system. Carsen’s service was exceptional, he was polite, professional, listened to our concerns, completed a very thorough evaluation, provided us with a detailed explanation and supporting photos and videos of his findings as well as a couple estimates for different options on how to remediate and fix our issues. We plan on using Liam Services for all our HVAC needs in the years to come and recommend you do too!

My electric heat was acting up and it was later confirmed the thermostat was bad. Carson did not try to force a sale on me and we ended up doing more services such as duct cleaning, service plan for 1yr, blower cleaning as there was some mold found and UV/Air purifier. Carson and his crew were efficient and answered all my questions. They were honest and provided great service. Highly recommended.

Brandon Hudson and Tim just completed running a line to my garage and installing plug for my electric vehicle. Brandon and Tim were early for the appointment (good thing in my book), knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. The did the work with a high degree of skill and cleaned-up after themselves, even though the mess was minimal. They are true professionals and LIAM will be my go to for electric work and referrals because of Brandon and Tim!

Tim N. completed our annual Heating System service inspection in a most professional manner. He explained all he would be doing, explained his inspection results, programmed our thermostat, and asked multiple times if my wife or I had any questions or concerns.

We had LIAM at my home this morning because my heater was out for an unknown reason. The service tech, Carson, was great. He diagnosed my issue, which was a bad circuit board and was able to go pick up the part and have it replaced within two hours. We have heat back, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Contacted Liam based on recommendations from some social networking sites. Justin Montgomery was the electrician that was assigned. He was very punctual, cordial and took the time to explain things to me. It was also greatly appreciated that he was comfortable with me watching and answering questions. I am generally comfortable replacing switches and outlets but noticed some odd wiring when I started. Justin identified several problems in the wiring, was able to get them fixed and installed several outlets and Alexa enabled light switches. I highly recommend Liam Services and Justin, and have confidence that the wiring is now correct.
