We had Loy out to inspect our electrical system. He was able to troubleshoot an issue I was having with an overhead fixture and replace a damaged outlet. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.We also had Carson out to do our annual A/C inspection. He was also very friendly and knowledgeable. He made some recommendations to help keep our a/c unit in tiptop shape. He did not try to push us into any of his recommendations.I also want to say that the woman who makes the appointments is also very pleasant to work with.I would highly recommend Liam Services for any HVAC and electrical work. We have had wonderful experiences with all the employees we have come in contact with.

I had the entire Heating and AC units replaced. They were here and gone in one day. They explained in detail about the system and new thermostat. Very affordable and made financing easy. They came out the next day and cleaned out the duct work at a very reasonable cost as well. Everything from the estimate to the install was top notch. I will not go to anyone else for my hvac needs.
Tim replaced our hot water heater and Tim and Andrew fixed our heating/cooling system. They are reliable and on time. All work and pricing was explained ahead of time and again at the end of the jobs!

We had a complete HVAC overhaul and Andrew, Devon, Doug, Jason and the rest of the crew made what could have been a disaster, a painless and smooth experience. After pulling up our original heater Andrew discovered severe damage to our ducts and our original plan would not work. A little late but just wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Carson & Lauren of Liam Services!Carson came to our home to investigate and trouble shoot a problem regarding our dryer not venting properly. First visit was planning and assessment, second visit was with his colleague Lauren-as they swiftly and professionally resolved the issue.Although not the cheapest, (by no fault of Carson & Lauren!) 9 out of 10 would reccomend, you truely get what you pay for!
I had the pleasure of working with Carson and his assistant, who recently installed a polarized media air cleaner, UVC/UVV germicidal oxidizing system, and cleaned my air vents. They were fantastic to work with from start to finish. The team was prompt, courteous, and professional throughout the entire process. Wow just wow! Jason and Andrew were amazing with top tier customer service! I got a heat pump replaced at a GREAT price and they do financing at a decent rate to where you can pay it off without a penalty for early repayment. Communication was great and I really enjoyed working with them.
I needed a electrician today, and was scheduled within 4 hoursI needed to cancel because WE were unable to be there. I called the wrong number back to make the cancellation., but I had the wrong phone number. The Technician Brandon called me to come earlier. I was able to cancel with him. I had Liam Services come to my house last week because my heat went out. The technician Carson was on time and very helpful. He was not able to fix it at the time, however, he was nice enough to bring a few extra space heaters so we didn’t freeze in the meantime. The team of Tim and Laura came out today for a scheduled service to clean our entire duck system. I was impressed as usual with Tim's knowledge of the job and his equipment which was to date as technical as I have seen. Tim explained the procedure and he and Laura went to work educating me along the way with ways to conserver with safety in mind. I felt very confident after they left knowing that my family received the best service we could get for the money (discount Denise) and no worries for the future until we replace the existing system with a new one from you guys as long as Tim is involved with the project and Laura would be great asset as well 😀
One of the most professional experiences I've had since I bought my home. I called and they showed up less that 15 minutes later, no appointment. Immediately found the problem and worked diligently to solve the issue. They were straight forward with the price of things and gave me multiple options to choose from to resolve the problem. They were patient and communicative. I couldn't have asked for better service.

I used LIAM Services to help with an HVAC emergency that needed a quick response on a Sunday after another HVAC company came to my home and told me nothing could be done about the issue. When I called LIAM Services after the other company left, they immediately sent a technician, Carson Simpson, to my home. Carson was not only professional, but understanding of my situation and resolved the issue in an expert manner. I've used LIAM Services in the past for a complicated electrical service, and similarly found them to be very responsive, professional and courteous. Carson and Stephanie are truly heaven sent. Stephanie picked the call and understood my distress call before I can even explain. It was almost closing time but the worries of my unit not being on over night consumed me. She said to give her 5 minutes and she called under that time to let me know Carson will be at my home. Carson came in simply for Thermostat install and professionally addressed all the issues I had and had my system running. Not only that, we had received a false diag and quote from Harris Heating and plumbing, red tagging our HVAC units due to unsafe CO level. Carson tested the system and showed me the results live rather than report it falsely. We had 0 CO level in our 2 systems. Harris had quoted over $8k of labor to fix an heat exchanger. God saved us through Carson. I have never wrote a review, but this came in a time when we are cash strapped and just went through a major renovation. Their honesty propelled me to sign our home to their care for all of our electrical, plumbing and HVAC needs.. Thanks Guys, continue to provide service with integrity.

Our AC went out this summer. When I called Liam they made an appointment the same day and came right out. They had to get a part to come back and fix it. We contacted Liam Services for some minor electrical work on malfunctioning light fixtures. They sent someone out within a day or two, which I appreciated . The electrician, Justin, was on time, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable. I really appreciated that he explained what he was finding, what he needed to do, and whyI also liked that he gave me multiple options. I felt he went out of his way to fix little things that needed it. During this service call Justin also noticed that our breaker panels were not functioning well and needed to be replaced. After he explained the situation, we decided to have him come out to replace the panels. We were able to get it booked for the following week. The woman who does scheduling (Stephanie maybe?) is so friendly, easygoing and helpful too, it feels like a home town business.For the breaker panel replacement, Justin and his team were courteous of the house, and were able to get done earlier than we anticipated. He gave us a great setup with the new panel and everything works great. Very pleased with this technician and this company, and we will definitely use them again!

I was initially looking to get my air ducts cleaned sinced I just purchased my first home. luckily Tim came because he noticed immediately that my hot water heater was leaking and was able to come up with a plan of action. He repaired my water heater and also educated me on different components I needed to pay attention to for my water heater and HVAC system. I will continue to use Liam services as home needs arise.

I had a partial power outage and couldn't figure out the problem so I placed an after hours call. Brandon arrived in 30 minutes. He was able to find the source of the outage (improperly installed wires in a light switch). I am so happy with the service. I would definitely recommend.

The Friday before Christmas, our power over to our home generator. Generator company said we needed an electrian. We didn't have an electrian so after placing 5 phone calls, once hung up on and 3 left messages, I reached Jenna at Liam Services who, after listening to my story, said Brandon was on another job but would be to us right after. Half an hour later, he and Laura, his apprentice, arrived. Brandon identified the problem, the line from the meter box at the street to the house was broken. Worked all day getting in touch with all parties needed to do the job, ex, Miss Utility, Town officials, so the line could be replaced along with the electric panel box. Brandon was terrific, knowledgeable and professional. Not to mention compassionate. As Mr. Kelsey was just home from the hospital, it was very reassuring. Job has been completed and wasn't easy, loads of physical work outside and inside. Gave us an excellent price as well. Cudos to Brandon and Laura, who isn't afraid to tackle anything, and thanks. And the bonus is Liam also does HVAC.

We woke up to no heat and were able to talk to someone at 6:30 a.m. on a holiday. Within four hours they sent out Carson who was honest, knowledgeable, and professional.Two other HVAC companies tried to take advantage of us a couple years ago so we were very nervous but are very happy with their services and will definitely use them again.

I highly recommend this company. I called for a panel upgrade, outlet testing/replacement, smoke detector wire installation, and to make sure everything was grounded. I thought the prices were great. Brandon was very punctual, knowledgeable and kind. He really takes pride in his work. This was a great experience and I learned a lot. Overall a great experience! I was able to make an appointment on relatively short notice, and when Justin got here all I could really tell him which outlets had stopped working. He worked through every outlet I was having problems with (including finding some that even I didn't know weren't working) and when he found what was causing the problem, he was able to show and explain it to me, fix it, and recommend how to prevent it from happening again. Definitely who I'll be using for any other electrical problems that might come up.
Our main breaker died on Saturday and Justin was able to come out and upgrade our panel thus we had power back after only a few hours.
