We had Loy out to inspect our electrical system. He was able to troubleshoot an issue I was having with an overhead fixture and replace a damaged outlet. He made some recommendations to help keep our a/c unit in tiptop shape. I had the entire Heating and AC units replaced. They were here and gone in one day. They explained in detail about the system and new thermostat. Very affordable and made financing easy. They came out the next day and cleaned out the duct work at a very reasonable cost as well. Everything from the estimate to the install was top notch. I will not go to anyone else for my hvac needs.

One of the most professional experiences I've had since I bought my home. I called and they showed up less that 15 minutes later, no appointment. Immediately found the problem and worked diligently to solve the issue. They were straight forward with the price of things and gave me multiple options to choose from to resolve the problem. Carson and Stephanie are truly heaven sent. Stephanie picked the call and understood my distress call before I can even explain. It was almost closing time but the worries of my unit not being on over night consumed me. She said to give her 5 minutes and she called under that time to let me know Carson will be at my home. Carson came in simply for Thermostat install and professionally addressed all the issues I had and had my system running. Not only that, we had received a false diag and quote from Harris Heating and plumbing, red tagging our HVAC units due to unsafe CO level. Carson tested the system and showed me the results live rather than report it falsely. We had 0 CO level in our 2 systems. Harris had quoted over $8k of labor to fix an heat exchanger. God saved us through Carson. I have never wrote a review, but this came in a time when we are cash strapped and just went through a major renovation. We contacted Liam Services for some minor electrical work on malfunctioning light fixtures. They sent someone out within a day or two, which I appreciated . The electrician, Justin, was on time, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable. I really appreciated that he explained what he was finding, what he needed to do, and whyI also liked that he gave me multiple options. I felt he went out of his way to fix little things that needed it. During this service call Justin also noticed that our breaker panels were not functioning well and needed to be replaced. After he explained the situation, we decided to have him come out to replace the panels. We were able to get it booked for the following week. The woman who does scheduling (Stephanie maybe?) is so friendly, easygoing and helpful too, it feels like a home town business.For the breaker panel replacement, Justin and his team were courteous of the house, and were able to get done earlier than we anticipated. He gave us a great setup with the new panel and everything works great. Very pleased with this technician and this company, and we will definitely use them again!

I was initially looking to get my air ducts cleaned sinced I just purchased my first home. luckily Tim came because he noticed immediately that my hot water heater was leaking and was able to come up with a plan of action. The Friday before Christmas, our power over to our home generator. Generator company said we needed an electrian. We didn't have an electrian so after placing 5 phone calls, once hung up on and 3 left messages, I reached Jenna at Liam Services who, after listening to my story, said Brandon was on another job but would be to us right after. Half an hour later, he and Laura, his apprentice, arrived. Brandon identified the problem, the line from the meter box at the street to the house was broken. Worked all day getting in touch with all parties needed to do the job, ex, Miss Utility, Town officials, so the line could be replaced along with the electric panel box. Brandon was terrific, knowledgeable and professional. Not to mention compassionate. As Mr. Kelsey was just home from the hospital, it was very reassuring. Job has been completed and wasn't easy, loads of physical work outside and inside. Gave us an excellent price as well. Cudos to Brandon and Laura, who isn't afraid to tackle anything, and thanks. We woke up to no heat and were able to talk to someone at 6:30 a.m. on a holiday. Overall a great experience! I was able to make an appointment on relatively short notice, and when Justin got here all I could really tell him which outlets had stopped working. He worked through every outlet I was having problems with (including finding some that even I didn't know weren't working) and when he found what was causing the problem, he was able to show and explain it to me, fix it, and recommend how to prevent it from happening again. Definitely who I'll be using for any other electrical problems that might come up.
Our main breaker died on Saturday and Justin was able to come out and upgrade our panel thus we had power back after only a few hours.
