We contacted Liam Services for some minor electrical work on malfunctioning light fixtures. They sent someone out within a day or two, which I appreciated . The electrician, Justin, was on time, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable. I really appreciated that he explained what he was finding, what he needed to do, and whyI also liked that he gave me multiple options. I felt he went out of his way to fix little things that needed it. During this service call Justin also noticed that our breaker panels were not functioning well and needed to be replaced. After he explained the situation, we decided to have him come out to replace the panels. We were able to get it booked for the following week. The woman who does scheduling (Stephanie maybe?) is so friendly, easygoing and helpful too, it feels like a home town business.For the breaker panel replacement, Justin and his team were courteous of the house, and were able to get done earlier than we anticipated. He gave us a great setup with the new panel and everything works great. Very pleased with this technician and this company, and we will definitely use them again!

I was initially looking to get my air ducts cleaned sinced I just purchased my first home. luckily Tim came because he noticed immediately that my hot water heater was leaking and was able to come up with a plan of action. The Friday before Christmas, our power over to our home generator. Generator company said we needed an electrian. We didn't have an electrian so after placing 5 phone calls, once hung up on and 3 left messages, I reached Jenna at Liam Services who, after listening to my story, said Brandon was on another job but would be to us right after. Half an hour later, he and Laura, his apprentice, arrived. Brandon identified the problem, the line from the meter box at the street to the house was broken. Worked all day getting in touch with all parties needed to do the job, ex, Miss Utility, Town officials, so the line could be replaced along with the electric panel box. Brandon was terrific, knowledgeable and professional. Not to mention compassionate. As Mr. Kelsey was just home from the hospital, it was very reassuring. Job has been completed and wasn't easy, loads of physical work outside and inside. Gave us an excellent price as well. Cudos to Brandon and Laura, who isn't afraid to tackle anything, and thanks. And the bonus is Liam also does HVAC.

Overall a great experience! I was able to make an appointment on relatively short notice, and when Justin got here all I could really tell him which outlets had stopped working. He worked through every outlet I was having problems with (including finding some that even I didn't know weren't working) and when he found what was causing the problem, he was able to show and explain it to me, fix it, and recommend how to prevent it from happening again. Definitely who I'll be using for any other electrical problems that might come up.
Our main breaker died on Saturday and Justin was able to come out and upgrade our panel thus we had power back after only a few hours.

I was having problems with my breaker constantly tripping and after making numerous calls to electric companies for a month, I was referred to LIAM by a friend. LIAM was the only one that responded. My electrician was Justin who was excellent. He explained what the problem was and how he could fix it. I am extremely pleased with the work that was done and it was three times less expensive than a quote I had been given by another electrician. Jeff showed up on time and was very professional and explained what he had to do to fix my problem. I bought a new dryer and when I would turn it on it would flip the breaker and get real hot. Jeff fixed the breaker and I can now use my dryer safely. Jeff also rewired a light fixture above my kitchen table . We needed a central AC and furnace replaced. My interaction with all involved from the very beginning was professional and a pleasure compared to previous technicians we hired for previous jobs. Just had a technician (Justin) come out to review and check some work for electrical needed for a swimming pool. He was extremely professional and upfront with all his information and knowledge. At one time I used those orange truck guys. They weren't even in the ball park with Tyler David. He did a therero inspection of all my air intake and out take ducts. Explained to me what there purpose is and how to keep my ac system running correctly. Not like the orange truck guys. I had ducts that were letting air out and they didn't say a word to me, however Tyler was right on top of it...great job Tyler. He's professional and customer orientated, I'm satisfied.
